Summary
The Diploma in Financial Services Leadership is designed to give candidates a broad and balanced understanding and knowledge of leadership in the financial services sector. This qualification enhances job related skills by studying a wide range of subjects which are designed to enable candidates gain the knowledge and skills both for current practice and the rapidly changing environment of the industry.
The qualification consists of two mandatory 20 credit units, Management Strategy and Leadership and Management of Operational Risk, plus one other 20 credit unit from a choice of two. A total number of 60 credits must be gained to achieve the qualification.
Entry Requirements
A degree from a recognised university, a HNC/D or equivalent other professional qualifications or relevant work experience and have evidence to show that candidates can study at post graduate level. Candidates should also have a very good command of English.
Progression
The qualification provides opportunities for progression within an organisation and provides a professional qualification to enhance the standing of individuals and the organisations in which they work. Candidates may also continue to study in order to achieve the Diploma for Chartered Banker qualification.

Course Delivery
This course is delivered face to face on campus. It requires at least 15-18 hours of full-time class attendance per week. Students are required to attend lectures, seminars, revision classes & mock examinations. This course requires some lab practices as well.
